Nelly Corporation was created in 1997 as a real estate management company for our private real estate holdings. Since that time Nelly Corp has grown to be one of Chicago’s most respected real estate management and development companies serving thousands of residential and commercial tenants. In 2007 we created our real estate brokerage division and in 2017 we merged our real estate management and sales divisions and changed our name to NELLYCORP Realty.
